How do I purchase an item?

To purchase a cosmetic:

1) Select the item on https://www.brovacosmetics.com/shop

2) Click "Add To Cart"

3) Click the shopping cart icon in the top corner of the screen

4) Click "Checkout"

5) You will be directed to a secure page where you can fill out your shipping and payment details. Please check to ensure you have entered the correct address and payment details.

6) On the final step, click "Place Order"


That's it! An email confirmation will be sent to you shortly after purchasing. A tracking number will be sent as soon as your order has shipped. Orders above $60 qualify for free shipping (applies automatically).

Are you cruelty-free?

All BRŌVA Cosmetics are cruelty-free and paraben-free. We take pride in ensuring our products are clean, safe, and free of animal products.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to addresses in Canada or the United States.

What are the shipping times?

BRŌVA Cosmetics are made in Canada, made-to-order. Average order processing time is 2-5 business days, and average shipping times are as follows:

Canada (Standard): 3-7 business days

United States (Standard): 7-21 business days

Please note shipping times are average and may vary. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your item ships. Orders above $60 qualify for free shipping (applies automatically).

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return new or gently used products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase, in most cases. Please contact info@brovacosmetics.com if you wish to return an item.
